Once A Week with Billy Giannouloudis- Special Guest: Andrea Urciuoli- The A Factor
The A-Factor. Something we all want throughout our days but sometimes could be so tough to come by if we truly aren’t looking in the right places. Abundance. Andrea Urciuoli is back on the newest addition of Once A Week to bring us another topic under the umbrella of Mindfulness. Throughout our days there is so much for us to do or so much that we are grabbing for that it isn’t too hard to get caught up in all of it. The struggle comes when we we spend so much time looking outwardly for what can fill our lives, when in actuality that feeling of Abundance that lasts doesn’t come from an OUTward aspect but starts INward. To truly achieve or feel like you are living a full life, a life of Abundance, it starts with YOU. Don’t miss this week’s message guys! Be sure to Subscribe for new messages and videos every Sunday. Once A Week with Billy Giannouloudis- Special Guest: Andrea Urciuoli- In the In Between
With he newest installment in the Once A Week series, Andrea Urciuoli joins us as this week’s special guest. When talking to Andrea prior to filming, we came across a topic that both of us consistently face time and time again and we felt that you the viewers come across this just as much. That being “In the in between” when you’re in the middle of an accomplishment, experience, or trauma and you’re just trying to get to the next accomplishment or experience that can get you to a new level or a new you. It is in those moments of the “in between” that we can’t allow ourselves to procrastinate or sit back and just went for the next moment to happen. It is in those moments that we need to take hold of where we are and who we are and put the time in to get the nitty gritty work done that can help us improve and get to that next level or accomplishment. When you can put the nitty gritty work in now, it will open doors for you later. So with wherever you are currently, it’s time to put the work it. It will pay off. Check out the newest message! Once A Week with Billy Giannouloudis- Special Guest: Andrea Urciuoli- Getting Mindful Through Trauma
Andrea Urciuoli joins us for this week’s message on Once A Week and she brings us something very impactful. Andrea has been working on her own book for quite sometime now and it is finally finished! Getting Mindful Through Trauma is now available on Amazon and on Kindle and it could be exactly what you have been looking for to help you out of where you’ve been and onto where you are going. Andrea takes us through the key points in her book including what she has learned in her studies and experiences with what has helped her clients and helped herself in her own life and she also gives us some of her own knowledge on healing the body and the mind. I highly recommend the book to anyone who has experienced some form of trauma and wants to heal that part of them and get their life moving again. Andrea has worked to get this information to you in a precise way and in doing so, Getting Mindful Through Trauma is only 6 pages! It is informational and to the point to help whoever it may be in the moment. It’s worth the read! Check out the video guys and see for yourself! Be sure to Share to someone who could benefit from this and don’t forget to Subscribe for more messages every Sunday!
